Howdy folks!

Cat Rapes Dog started out in the mid 80s and soon became the first hard Swedish electronic act. The group reached a peak with their album "Moosehair Underwear". "Biodegradable" saw the arrival of guitarist Jonas Avertoft (Atari cowboy) that has become more or less a regular member of the band since then.
Magnus in Cat Rapes Dog made two sweet remixes of the singles "Never follow anything" and "Autotune your life".

Hässleholms Galakväll 10 års jubileum den 19 oktober 2012 Hässleholm Gala kväll 10-års jubilerar 2012. För varje år har Galakvällen vuxit till en årligt festlig tradition tillägnad kommunens företagare och invånare. Idag har den en given plats som en av årets absoluta höjdpunkter. Detta mycket tack vare våra frikostiga sponsorer.
	Årets Galakväll blir som vanligt en härlig mix av underhållning och prisutdelningar. Vi vill inte avslöja för mycket i förväg men självklart kommer vi att fira vårt 10 års jubileum. Vi lyfter fram Hässleholms entreprenörer och artister och bjuder på en ”iskall” Galakväll. Kvällens Tema – IS Ingen kommer att undgå temat, fördrinken kommer att serveras i isglas från Jukkasjärvi, konstnärer kommer att skapa konstverk i is från den lilla orten lite utanför Kiruna och all övrig presentation kommer att speglas av is.		Konferencierer – Anders & Måns Inte en utan TVÅ geniala komiker. Tänk dig två roliga karaktärer, lägg till lite oefterhärmliga dialekter och krydda med en stor portion underfundigheter. Voilá… där har Ni Anders & Måns. Underhållning Förutom de tio priserna som delas ut blir det underhållning av artister som har anknytning till, och kommer från Hässleholmstrakten. Det kommer att bli allt ifrån rock`n roll till opera!

I have a billion songs but no power at all to complete anything.
In my head Atari cowboy has always been a way to do whatever I feel like. Sometimes I feel it chasing me. Anger breaking free.

Had a great meeting with Jamil, a great designer, illustrator and poet. We will see if he can produce something sweet!

Hello!

I have been working on some new songs and there is still much to do.
I am really looking forward to play live and get rid of inner demons. 
Everything passes. Both soaring joys and crushing sorrows fade away like a dream. However, the knowledge of having lived one’s life to the fullest never disappears.

I have some new remixes from Cat rapes dog, Diskodiktator and Jon from Melody club, and waiting for a couple of more sweet ones...can´t wait :)
The life and essence of art—whether it be painting, music, or dance—lies in expressing through a wellspring of emotion the universal realm of the human spirit. Atari cowboy - The fuzz

Based in Malmö, Sweden the electro rock outfit Atari Cowboy has taken a stroll from their original habitat and the result of this journey has ended up in the form of a five track EP named The Fuzz. This release is now available on Electric Fantastic Sound.

It’s time to put on your best boots, crank up the volume and enjoy this one hundred percent auto tune free record! Even with baby steps, this is one way to keep yourself out of harm’s way and a sure fire way to avoid the commercial waste produced by the major corporations. Atari Cowboy is Jonas Avertoft, Magnus Johansson and Markus Wallén. The band was formed in Malmö in 2008 and the founding father Jonas – also known for his antics in the well known electro punk group Cat Rapes Dog – decided he needed a new output for his more electronic tunes, all mixed up with a sense of grunge. The band has already performed in Sweden and the United Kingdom and has gathered a cult following in Germany. The shows are convincing in their amazing raw and honest performances and vocalist Jonas constantly flies off and on stage, making his travels reach as far as the microphone cord allows him. The audience is never in any real danger – the only things being thrown from stage is candy and sweet chaos. Inspired by acts like Joy Division, Soft Cell, IAMX and Nirvana this group of hooligans will tract to the listeners ears like an electronic ball and chain, but in a really nice way.
